The Client is a financial education institute based in Melbourne, educating everyday Australians to reach financial independance.
Requirement
With Nearly 40 percent of all TNTI clients first point of contact being the website, an automated email and registration system such as Direct Send would be very benefical. Also a website layout congruent with other marketing material was imperitive.
Solution
We configured Direct Send and provided additional training ensuring they could manage the powerful email system. They now liase with all their clients via email and send upto 5,000 emails out a week.
The re-design is very simple and very much focused towards enticing the user to attend thier workshops.
Streamline urged alot more content for the re-design giving users more reason to sign up.
Benefits
TNTI use the internet to it's potential, we also have built an online forum for their clients to ask questions and liase with each other. The integration of Direct Send was seamless and they were pleasantly surprised by it's user friendly interface and it's ease of use.
