The following terms and conditions are intended to be fair to all parties concerned and to aid in the supply of services. This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Streamline Direct Web Design and the account holder/client.
Guarantee Web Site Design:
Due to the high standard of our web design work we have the confidence to guarantee all our web design work 100%.
Once we have completed the design, you will have the opportunity to view the site for approval. If at this time you are not completely satisfied with the appearance and functionality of your web design. If the design we provide does not meet or exceed your expectations, Streamline Direct will continue to work on your site at no additional charge until it does.
We can't be any fairer than that. We take pride in all our satisfied customers and look forward to giving you the same level of service excellence. We Guarantee it 100%!
Time Frame of completion:
Streamline Direct Web Design and the client must work together in a timely manner, to avoid missed deadlines. The client must supply Streamline Direct Web Design with any specific text, graphics, or other specific items for inclusion in a timely manner, unless agreed otherwise.
Website Content:
Text may be submitted on disk or emailed to Streamline Direct in standard PC word processing format, or typewritten, printed brochures and other printed materials. If text is in paper format, Streamline Direct will only do basic text formatting, such as font color, size, style, bullets, indents, etc. No tables / charts will be made for formatting.
Photos and graphics may be submitted to Streamline Direct on PC disk in any of the standard graphic formats or emailed directly to Streamline Direct. Paper format should be the highest quality artwork or photos available for Streamline Direct to scan. Make sure your originals are clear and clean. Streamline Direct will resize your graphics to conform to your web page. Streamline Direct will not accept graphics smaller than 2” x 2” or larger than 8.5” x 11”.
Non-Payments
In the event of the client delaying payment a surcharge of ten percent will be made on the outstanding balance per month. Streamline Direct reserves the right to suspend any or all services, until payment is received in full.

Pricing Errors:
Due to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, Streamline Direct Web Design cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.
Accepting Terms of Streamline Direct Web Design
By placing a order for Streamline Direct's design services acknowledges that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, and you further agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and that it supercedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
